FAB CE ANSPs contribute to InterFAB Sofia workshop on resilience in ATM

FAB CE air navigation service providers (ANSPs) took part in the InterFAB research workshop Single European Sky and Resilience in ATM in Sofia, Bulgaria, in September. Organised by Danube FAB, Functional Airspace Block Europe Central (FABEC) and the German Aviation Research Society (GARS), the workshop brought together senior academics, high-level industry experts and regulators to exchange views on how to manage increasing uncertainty in air traffic management.

FAB CE traffic to overtake 2019 levels in the next few weeks

For FAB CE air navigation service providers (ANSPs) the last few days of November and the first few days of December 2022 are forecast to mark an important milestone: the first time that 2022 FABCE traffic levels collectively are likely to surpass flight numbers recorded in 2019, with the prospect of them remaining higher thereafter.
