BHANSA hosted the latest CEOC meeting at Sarajevo Airport. Many topics were discussed with progress updates and next steps, we have highlighted a few of the key topics below.

Joint FAB CE position on CNS MON

Triggered by initial reports from the CNS Programme Managers for Slovenia and Croatia, the FAB CE partners are working to develop a coordinated position for the European CNS Minimum Operational Network (CNS MON) planning and CNS PM activities.

FAB CE Performance Dashboard

The FAB CE Performance Dashboard will be upgraded to a newer version 2.0 by the end of this year. FAB CE ANSPs will now be able to monitor and compare more operational and performance KPIs. Additionally, automated reporting is currently being developed for the FAB CE OPS Performance Dashboard to be added for the future. Once this update is available, the creation of a weekly management report will be possible to provide an efficient, timely and data-based tool for decision-making.

Further human resources, technical activities & CP1 gap analysis

An initial report on the ATCO Career Lifecycle Benchmarking Initiative was presented. Technical domain activities such as GNSS monitoring and surveillance data exchange were discussed, and the CEOs also received a detailed overview of the results of the Common Project One (CP1) gap analysis.

As this was the last CEOC meeting for 2025, we’d like to thank everyone for their participation and teamwork during the year and we look forward to working together again in the new year.
